These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the rules for using Tap to Brew ("we", "us", or "our") at taptobrew.com. By playing Tap to Brew, signing in, or using any related features, you agree to these Terms.
Tap to Brew is a free browser idle/clicker game for personal entertainment. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or use automated tools to abuse game features, leaderboards, analytics, or sign-in systems.
Some optional features, such as syncing progress or leaderboard participation, may require Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for keeping access to that account secure. We may restrict or remove access to account-backed features if we believe an account is being used to abuse, exploit, or disrupt Tap to Brew.
Local game progress is stored in your browser. If cloud sync or leaderboard features are enabled, related progress and score data may be sent to our server. Tap to Brew is provided for fun, and we do not guarantee that saves, scores, achievements, leaderboard entries, or other game data will always be available, error-free, or preserved indefinitely.
Challenge runs and leaderboards are intended to be fair and optional. We may reject, remove, or mark scores as ineligible when we detect cheating, automation, tampering, suspicious activity, or technical errors.
Tap to Brew may display ads and use third-party services such as Google AdSense, Google Analytics, and Google Sign-In. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Tap to Brew, including its game design, text, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may play the game for personal use, but you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or host Tap to Brew as a competing service without permission.
Tap to Brew is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted service, specific gameplay results, permanent data retention, or compatibility with every browser or device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses related to your use of Tap to Brew.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use Tap to Brew after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
